Apply to exhibit @ Kiln

This page is now LIVE for ceramicists applications for the Kiln Ceramic Fair from 15th September - 15th November 2025 - midnight.

Our inaugural event is booked and scheduled for July 4th & 5th 2026.

Stand Fees:

6 foot stand - no table provided - £100 for 2 days

12 foot stand - with no tables provided - £150 for 2 days

Trestle tables - hire charge - 1 table @ £5 per day - these are provided by the venue.

There are 50 x 6 foot stands available and 15 x 12 foot stands available.

To apply please download and complete the application form below and include the required info: jpegs etc. In your covering email - please include your stand requirements: 6 or 12 foot. Table/s required.

The application process has been made straightforward and as simple as possible so as to enable ease when applying.

Applications for trade stands are also welcome.

All ceramicists applying for the fair will be contacted by 30th Nov. Deposits for successful applicants will be due by 7th Dec 2025.

PDF’s forms can be printed off & filled in by hand - then either scanned or photographed and returned by email. please ensure the quality of the scan/photograph is readable.
