Apply to exhibit @ Kiln

This page is now LIVE for ceramicists applications for the Kiln Ceramic Fair from 1st March - 12th April 2026 - midnight.

Our second event of 2026 is booked and scheduled for 31st Oct & 1st Nov 2026.

Stand Fees:

6 foot stand - no table provided - £100 for 2 days

12 foot stand - with no tables provided - £175 for 2 days

Trestle tables - hire charge - 1 table @ £6.50 for the event.

There are approx 30 x 6 foot stands available and 5 x 12 foot stands available.

To apply please download and complete the application form below and include the required info: jpegs etc. In your covering email - please include your stand requirements: 6 or 12 foot. Table/s required.

The application process has been made straightforward and as simple as possible so as to enable ease when applying.

Applications for trade stands are also welcome.

All ceramicists applying for the fair will be contacted by 30th April. Deposits for successful applicants will be due by 7th May 2026.

Please don’t merge jpegs into the form - attach as jpegs to the same email as your application form. Forms must be attached - no download links etc.

PDF’s forms can be printed off & filled in by hand - then either scanned or photographed and returned by email. please ensure the quality of the scan/photograph is readable.
